The location was magnificent and beautiful in a really quiet area, so close to a charming cricket pitch modern shopping mall and old Dutch tourist area. The room was stylish with a nice decor, plus the staff was top-class.

Thank you very much all for a really amazing stay for three nights at the The Residence. Central location not far from greenery, many sights, and local restaurants and a charming cricket pitch modern shopping mall, it was in a very quiet area. Meals were excellent, and there was Il Cielo near the hotel.

Everything met requests and I had a wonderful stay in September. The location was fantastic, within a close distance from Colombo Town Hall. You could walk to boutiques and shops.

This is surely the best boutique hotel, really helpful staff, new-fashioned rooms. Magnificent setting, it's right by Jungle beach, a large treed park and the centre of the city. They have a library bar.
